About

Practical AI. Built around your business.

New Levels Media builds and runs practical AI systems for businesses that do not have an IT department, an implementation budget, or the time to work out which tool to buy.

What New Levels Media is becoming

Where this came from

This started as a website and marketing business. The pattern that kept repeating was not a design problem: clients would get more enquiries and then lose them anyway — calls to voicemail, forms sat on overnight, follow-up that stopped after one attempt. Building a better website did not fix any of that.

Why we combine the two

Generating the lead and handling the lead are the same problem viewed from two ends. A site that brings in enquiries nobody answers is expensive decoration. An agent answering a phone that never rings is pointless. We work on both because splitting them across two vendors is how the gap between them becomes nobody’s responsibility.

Why affordability is the point

The tooling to do this well is not expensive any more. What stayed expensive is implementation — the scoping, connecting, testing, and ongoing correction. Enterprise vendors price that as a project. We price it as a setup fee and a monthly, because a six-person shop cannot sign a six-figure statement of work and should not have to.

How we choose tools

We are not a reseller and we do not have a platform to defend. We pick the voice, automation, and data tools that fit your budget, your existing software, and the problem — and we tell you what we picked and why. If something you already pay for does the job, we will say so rather than sell you a replacement.

How we work

Four things we hold to

These are testable. If we break one, the site itself is the evidence.

We say what it will not do

Every solution page has a section on what is out of scope, and every package lists what it excludes. Discovering a limitation after signing is the most expensive way to learn it.

We do not publish proof we do not have

No invented testimonials, no borrowed metrics, no stock screenshots captioned as client work. Where evidence is missing, the page says so. It reads worse and it is worth it.

Prices are visible before the call

Starting prices for every package are published. You should be able to tell whether we are in your range without booking anything.

A person is always reachable

Every agent has a route to a human, and so does every page. Automation that traps someone in a loop is a worse experience than the voicemail it replaced.

Who you deal with

Small and hands-on

New Levels Media is small and hands-on by design — the person who scopes your project is the person who builds it and the one you reach when something breaks. The background behind it is practical rather than academic: years of building websites and sales processes for small businesses, and watching where enquiries actually get lost.

No founder photograph or biography is published yet

We would rather leave this section plain than fill it with a stock portrait and an invented career history. It goes up when there is a real one to put here.

Honest limitations

What we are not

Stated here rather than discovered later.

Not a compliance vendor

We hold no SOC 2, HIPAA, or PCI attestation and do not claim regulated-industry certification. If your use case requires one, we are not the right fit and we will say so on the first call.

Not an enterprise implementation firm

No procurement process, no account team, no six-figure statements of work. That is deliberate, and it means we are wrong for organisations that need those things.

Not a reseller

We have no platform to defend and no vendor commission to protect. If a tool you already pay for does the job, we will tell you rather than sell you a replacement.

Not a large team

The person who scopes your project builds it. That means direct answers and no handoffs — and it means we take on fewer projects at a time.

Not a source of guaranteed results

We will describe mechanisms — how fast a lead gets answered, what gets logged. We will not promise a revenue figure or a conversion rate, because we cannot control them.

Not finished

Parts of this site are still being built, and the pages that are incomplete say so rather than pretending otherwise.

Getting hold of us

How to reach a person

Email is the fastest route, and it reaches a person rather than a queue.

hello@newlevelsmedia.com

We do not publish a phone number yet. Rather than list one that rings somewhere unstaffed, the contact form and booking page both reach us directly.

Start a conversation

Tell us what is slowing your business down.

No deck, no discovery theatre. Describe what is going wrong and we will tell you whether we can help, what it would take, and what it would cost.
