Agreement

By using NewLevelsMedia services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.

Payment Terms

Our $99 website is a one-time payment due before work begins. Monthly marketing plans are billed at the start of each billing cycle.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards and debit cards.

Late payments may result in service suspension. If payment is more than 15 days overdue, services will be paused until payment is received.

You can cancel monthly plans anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Website Delivery

Our $99 website is delivered within 48-72 hours after we receive all required content and materials from you.

Delivery timeline starts once you provide:

• Logo and brand assets
• Website copy and text
• Images or photos
• Contact information

Delays in providing materials will extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

Refund Policy

For the $99 website: Full refund if we haven't started work. Once design begins, no refunds are available.

For monthly marketing plans: No refunds for partial months. Cancel anytime to stop future billing.

The 30-day free marketing test is completely free. No payment required, no refund needed.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information and materials
• Respond to requests within reasonable timeframes
• Own rights to all content you provide
• Make timely payments
• Not use services for illegal purposes

You're responsible for maintaining your own backups of any content you provide to us.

Intellectual Property

Once paid in full, you own your website and its content. This includes all custom design work created specifically for you.

We retain rights to our code framework, tools, and methodologies. We may use your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

You retain ownership of all content, images, and materials you provide to us.

Hosting and Maintenance

Website hosting and maintenance are included with active marketing plans. If you cancel all services, hosting may require a separate monthly fee.

We handle routine updates and maintenance. This includes security updates, uptime monitoring, and technical support.

We aim for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee zero downtime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

Service Limitations

We provide professional services but cannot guarantee specific business results. Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control.

The $99 website is a single-page site. Multi-page sites require additional services and payment.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including clients who are abusive, make unreasonable demands, or engage in illegal activities.

Communication

We respond to messages within 24-48 hours on business days. Urgent requests will be prioritized when possible.

Primary communication happens via email. We may also use phone, text, or project management tools as needed.

Business hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm EST. After-hours support is limited to emergencies.

Liability Limitations

NewLevelsMedia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the past 12 months.

We are not responsible for third-party service failures, including but not limited to: hosting providers, payment processors, advertising platforms, or email services.

You agree to indemnify and hold NewLevelsMedia harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services or your violation of these terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Clients must provide 30 days notice for service cancellation.

Upon termination, you'll receive all files and assets you've paid for. Access to our tools and platforms will end at the termination date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts located in our jurisdiction.
